This policy is governed by Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and any rules that amend or supplement them.

Definitions

  • Data subject: the individual whose personal data is processed.
  • Personal data: any information linked or that can be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Processing: any operation on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, transfer or deletion.
  • Authorization: the data subject's prior, express and informed consent to the processing.
  • Data processor: a party that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Data we collect

Contact form

Name, company, email address, type of need and the message you write. The form does not send information to a server: it opens your email app or WhatsApp with the message prepared, and we only receive the data when you choose to send it.

Direct contact and business relationship

The data you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and the data needed to quote, contract, invoice, deliver and provide support (for example name, job title, ID document, address and contact details).

Browsing this website

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your theme preference (light or dark) and, temporarily while the tab is open, the form message so it can be shown on the confirmation page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google technically receives the visitor's IP address.

We do not request sensitive data or data about children or adolescents through this website.

Purposes of processing

  • Responding to your requests, questions and quote requests.
  • Managing the business relationship: proposals, contracts, invoicing, deliveries, installation, support and warranties.
  • Sending you information related to the products or services you requested.
  • Sending you marketing information about our products and services, only if you expressly authorize it.
  • Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

Authorization

By ticking the authorization box on the form, or by giving us your data through any other channel, you grant prior, express and informed authorization for the processing described in this policy. You may revoke it at any time, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the data.

Your rights

Under Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:

  • Know, update and correct your personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization you granted.
  • Be informed about how your data has been used.
  • File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for breaches of the law.
  • Revoke the authorization and request deletion of your data when legal principles, rights and guarantees are not respected.
  • Access your personal data free of charge.

Inquiries and claims

You can exercise your rights by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Personal data". Include your name, ID document, a description of your request, a contact address and, if applicable, supporting documents.

  • Inquiries: answered within ten (10) business days, extendable by five (5) more business days with notice of the reason.
  • Claims (correction, update, deletion or non-compliance): answered within fifteen (15) business days, extendable by eight (8) more business days. If a claim is incomplete, we will ask for the missing information within five (5) days; if we do not receive it within two (2) months, the claim will be considered withdrawn.

If you are not satisfied after this process, you may contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Data sharing and transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To operate, we use technology providers acting as processors, such as our email service, WhatsApp (when you choose that channel) and our website hosting provider. Some of these providers may store information outside Colombia under their own policies and security measures.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access, use or consultation. We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and to meet the retention periods required by accounting, tax and commercial regulations.

Effective date and changes

This policy has been in effect since October 8, 2026. Any material change will be published on this page with a new update date. Databases will remain active for as long as the purposes for which the data was collected are being fulfilled.
